Matt has announced that MIT Press will be publishing his current book project, Mechanisms: New Media and the New Textuality. He's going to posting to his blog about the project as he finishes the manuscript (the book is due for 2005). The title intrigues me; I can't wait to see what the book might look like.

Well, "look like" is the wrong term here, because as Matt points out, since MIT Press is printing it, it will look great. I'm still fawning over my copy of The New Media Reader. :)
